Return & Refund Policy

At Wrofee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Method To start a return, you can contact us at info@wrofee.com. Returns must be sent by mail. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Wrofee will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for organizing the return and paying the return shipping fees.

4. Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
