30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Free from any scents, pet hair, or stains.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item with a printing defect (e.g., peeling, cracking) or damage from shipping, we sincerely apologize.

  • Please contact us at info@wrofee.com with a clear photo of the defect.

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund.

Sizing & Exchanges

Since many of our items are printed to order, we highly recommend checking our Size Chart before purchasing.

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges for a flat restocking / shipping fee of $10.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized orders (unless there is a manufacturing error).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@wrofee.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  3. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
